Ordering From ZLT Direct :

We hope you enjoy browsing through our online catalogue full of lunch accessories for your packed lunch on the go, together with some gifts for children. Click on any items that you wish to purchase and pop them into your shopping basket. If you have any questions prior to your purchase, please use the comment box and we will receive an email and will get back to you as soon as possible.

When you have made your selection, click on “checkout”, pop in your name and address details, where you can select your preferred postage option. You may subscribe to our newsletter at the same time for up to date offers and any upcoming news. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing the order.

Delivery schedule:

We process all orders within 48 hours of cleared payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World.

Payment:

We currently accept payment via Paypal, where all credit cards are accepted. please note we do not store any details.

As ZLT Direct is a trading name of The Character Place Ltd, please note on your statements it will show as payment to The Character Place

Packaging:

At ZLT Direct, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. Larger orders we may recycle boxes. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence. Please contact us prior to returning any damaged items, within seven days of receipt.  

Deliveries to UK mainland

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling.

Our postage rate is £2.95 for second class service and £4.95 for first class postage rate. The postage should show upon checkout, should this not be the case please do email us.  All our products mailed within the UK will normally be sent via Royal Mail service. Heavier items may be sent via a Courier 48 hour service and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If you do require enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email us for a quotation BEFORE placing your order. ZLT Direct reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Northern Ireland & Channel Islands.

Above postage rates apply unless the items required weigh more than 2kg, as we would then use courier services and charges are slightly higher, an email will be sent confirming additional cost, All payments must be received prior to dispatch of items, or alternatively please contact us for full postage cost prior to purchase.

Europe & Worldwide

For Europe & Worldwide deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. all postage costs now calculated in weight and confirmed upon checkout.

Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent Airmail/Airsure. Items over 2kg will be sent via a courier service an email will be sent to confirm full costs. All payments must be made prior to dispatch of items. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. The Character Place Ltd reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Returns:

Should you not be entirely happy with with your purchase, you may return your item with fourteen days from the day of receipt. (please contact us prior to returning any items with seven days of receipt.) please use our email address sales@ZLTDirect.co.uk.

All goods must be returned unused and with its original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We will not be liable for any return postage costs unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. This does not affect your consumer contracts regulations.

MISSING ITEMS/LOST IN POST

Should your order not arrive within seven working days please do contact us. Please note Royal Mail do not class post missing until fifteen working days have passed, from working day after dispatch however we will carry out further investigations for you and complete the necessary missing item claim form, we may ask for your declaration confirming non receipt. .

Privacy Policy

Here at ZLTDirect we are committed to protecting your privacy, your details are collected in order for us to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We do not pass any of your details to Third Parties

We will only contact you via your email address in the future when you have given us permission to do so, when creating your account.

The information collected from you include your name, address, contact telephone number, email address.

We may use technology to track the visitor patterns of behaviour on our website. This can include using a cookie which will be stored on your browser. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you, unless you modify your browser settings to prevent this happening.
