Welcome to our online shop and we hope you will enjoy looking around, our aim is to provide a one stop shop for all your packed lunch accessories. We have placed a couple of questions that have been asked by a few customers and which we thought may help
Are your products in stock?
All our products shown on our website are in stock and ready for dispatch, should there be an error for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible.
It is only letting me order one but I need three?
Please do contact us as we may have more of the same item in stock or we can advise you when more stock is due to arrive.
How Quick Are Orders Dispatched?
All our orders are dispatched within 24 -48 hours of receiving cleared payment.
Who do you use for deliveries?
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or Courier for larger parcels, you will receive an email confirming we are processing your order and another then when your order has been dispatched.
Where do you deliver to?
We offer postage to UK, Europe and Worldwide.
Flat rate postage of £2.95 for standard 2nd Class postage, £4.95 for all first class UK mainland orders, our Europe and Worldwide shipping rates are weight based and will be confirmed upon checkout, should your order be over 2kg the price will show as Nil, please contact us as this varies on the area
When can I expect my order to arrive?
To UK mainland orders generally arrive within 1-2 working days, please do allow up to fifteen working days.Europe 3-15 working days and Rest Of The World 5-20 working days
Why do we have to enter our details before proceeding to checkout?
This is to ensure a safe transaction.
We do only accept Paypal at present, Credit Card payments accepted via paypal guest option. (you do not need to have a Paypal account for this option)
